Wearing of Respiratory Protection Masks

With effect from 1 March 2016, those who intend to use or are using air purifying respirators such as N95 masks, etc, need to do the following:

1. All first time users of respirators are required to complete and submit a health declaration form to NUS Occupational Health Clinic to be reviewed by health physician;

1. Take the compulsory online training for first-time users and annual refresher training for returning users:

  1. Frequency of medical checkup – will be based on the outcome of the review of the Health Declaration form submitted by users.
  2.  Frequency of mask fitting – to be determined by the PI or prescribed by the attending occupational health physician;
