For users whose work requires wearing of N95 masks, respiratory cartridges, self-contained breathing apparatus, the following applies:
First time user needs to
(i) make a medical declaration with Occupational Health physician
(https://inetapps.nus.edu.sg/osh/portal/oh/pdf/RPP%20Health%20Declaration%20Form.pdf),
(ii) do the online safety training on Respiratory Protection Programme Training at http://luminus.nus.edu.sg (OSHGEN04) and
(iii) do a one time-fit testing at OH. Every year, the user needs to do a refresher online safety training refresher (OSHGEN05). The user should go to the OH clinic for re-fitting if there are any changes in the facial feature, otherwise there is no need to do any fit testing. the fit-testing every year.
