The Kiang Ai Kim Scholarship Fund was set up in 2000, on the 85th birthday of Emeritus Professor Kiang, to honour his contributions to the Department as well as to the progress of Chemistry in Singapore and the region. Read more about Prof Kiang and how the fund was established here.
The main objective of this Fund is to award scholarships to encourage outstanding students to read chemistry. There are thus two level of scholarships set up under the Fund for postgraduates and undergraduates respectively:

We are also glad that many of the Kiang Ai Kim Graduate Scholars have had the opportunity to interact with and be personally inspired by E/P Kiang himself over the period 2003-2009 before his demise.
